제8회 서울국제음식영화제의 포스터는 결실과 수확의 계절 가을이 깊어지는 10월에 열리는 영화제인만큼 우리 손으로 직접 만들어 내는 풍성한 결실의 의미를 담았다. 가을에 이르기까지 햇볕과 바람, 비를 맞으며 쑥쑥 자라서 탐스럽게 익은 농작물과 수확을 기다리는 섬세한 손의 이미지가 눈에 띈다. 손으로 정성 들여 키우고 거둔 농작물을 다시 손으로 다듬고 맛있는 음식으로 요리해 한상을 차려 내는 것처럼, 많은 이들의 정성과 노동이 담긴 영화와 음식으로 한층 더 즐겁고 풍성한 축제를 만들어 낼 서울국제음식영화제에 대한 기대감을 자아내고 있다.

About the Poster
As the Seoul International Food Film Festival takes place in October in the autumn season with nature coming to fruition and ripe for harvest, the poster of its 8th edition represents the celebration of the autumn abundance that we make ourselves. What catches our eyes in the poster are the ripe fruits that have grown in the sun, wind, and rain until the fall season, and a delicate hand that is ready for harvest. As caring hands grow crops and turn the harvest into delicious food to set on the table, it is highly anticipated that films and foods prepared with the most sedulous care will make the Festival a bountiful feast full of enjoyment.

서울국제음식영화제의 공식 로고는 생명의 근원이 되는 태양과 물, 우리 삶의 기본 양식을 상징하는 벼와 잎의 이미지로 구성돼 있다.

About the Festival Logo
The official logo of the Seoul International Food Film Festival consists of four images, which symbolize respectively the source of life (the sun and water) and the staff of life (a rice stalk and a leaf).

로고 필름 소개
공식 로고 이미지를 활용한 필름 로고는 인권 애니메이션 <별별 이야기 2 - 여섯 빛깔 무지개> 중 ‘아주까리’, 성인 관객을 위한 애니메이션 <발광하는 현대사> 등을 연출하고 <돼지의 왕> 작화 매니저를 지낸 홍덕표 감독이 제작했다.

About the Festival Title Sequence
Created from the festival logo, the Festival’s title sequence is produced by Hong Deok-pyo. Hong directed Peeling, a segment of a human rights-themed animation If You Were Me2 : Anima Vision, and Balkwang, an animated series for mature audiences. He also served as an animator for The King of Pigs.
