시놉시스Synopsis
부푼 꿈을 안고 미국 뉴저지에 ‘파라다이스’라는 이태리 식당을 연 프리모와 세콘도 형제. 형 프리모는 이탈리아 전통을 중시하며 자신들만의 고유 요리를 고집하지만 동생 세콘도는 돈을 버는 데에 더 관심이 있다. 그러나 맞은 편의 이태리 식당 주인인 파스칼과 가브리엘라 부부가 간편한 스파게티와 스테이크로 손님들을 뺏어가 자 당장 식당이 압류될 위기에 처하게 된다. 이 난관을 극복하기 위해 세콘도는 파스칼의 권유로 주위 사람들과 유명 재즈 가수들을 초청해 그들만의 가장 멋진 ‘빅 나이트’를 준비한다.
Primo and Secondo are two brothers who have emigrated from Italy to open an Italian restaurant in America. They’ve tried everything to succeed, but are unable to keep the restaurant financially afloat. The owner of the nearby Pascal’s restaurant, enormously successful (despite its mediocre food), offers a solution - he will call his friend, a big-time jazz musician, to play a special benefit at their restaurant. Primo begins to prepare his masterpiece for the brothers’ big night, but the night was not to go as expected.

Throughout the 1990s, Scott starred in several movies on TV and in film, including 1992's Dying Young and Singles and 1994's Mrs. Parker and the Vicious Circle. Scott moved from acting to co-producing films in 1996, teaming up with Stanley Tucci for the comedy The Daytrippers and for the surprise hit Big Night, which won the directing duo a Best First Film award from the New York Film Critics Circle. In recent years, Scott has tried his hand at series television. He played a famous photographer in the short-lived drama Six Degrees, which ran from 2006 to 2007. In Royal Pains, Scott plays a wealthy, mysterious man living in the Hamptons for the summer.

Stanley Tucci is an American actor, writer, filmmaker, and director. It has been actively engaging in numerous acts, including appearing as a leading actor and supporting actor in various dramas and movies such as series of Hunger Game and Transformers. He got the nomination of the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in The Lovely Bones, and won an Emmy Award for acting in Winchell. Tucci has also had an extensive career behind the camera. His directorial efforts include Big Night (1996), The Impostors (1998), Joe Gould's Secret (2000) and Blind Date (2007).
