시놉시스Synopsis
코로나19 확산에 따른 격리 상황 속에서, 관객들은 교외 어느 주택의 응접실에 자리잡은 매력적인 이탈리안 레스토랑 '파스칼의 트라토리아'에 초대된다. 그곳에는 약간 제정신이 아닌 신사 파스칼이 자신의 레스토랑을 반드시 성공시키겠다는 일념으로 고군분투 중이다. 가족들은 고립 상황이 만들어 낸 파스칼의 환상을 반기지 않는 가운데, 박제 동물들이 그의 주 고객층이 되어 주는데...
During the depths of the Covid-19 quarantine, you’re cordially invited to Pascale’s Trattoria, a charming Italian restaurant nestled in the heart of a suburban living room. There, you’ll meet Pascale, a slightly deranged gentleman determined to facilitate the success of his restaurant. While his family barely indulges this isolation induced fantasy, the tipping point might be the clientele of stuffed animals.

호주의 대표적인 연극 연출가 겸 영화감독이다. 다양한 영화 작업을 통해 국제적으로 수많은 상을 받았으며, 특히 28개의 상을 받은 <에이미>, 호주영화협회 최우수감독상 등 21개 상을 수상하며 호주 영화의 고전으로 꼽히는 <Malcolm> 등의 작품으로 잘 알려져 있다. 현재 구소련에서 망명한 뒤 미국에서 성공을 거둔 러시아 배우 올레크 비도프에 관한 장편 다큐멘터리를 로스엔젤레스에서 제작하고 있다.
Nadia Tass is one of Australia’s most iconic directors of both stage and screen. Well-known internationally for directing films, including the Australian classics Malcolm, The Big Steal, Amy and Matching Jack, she has garnered 68 International awards for her body of screen work; 28 awards for Amy and 21 awards for Malcolm, including Best Director from Australian Film Institute (1986) and etc. Nadia is currently working on a feature documentary in Los Angeles, on The Oleg Vidov Story, a Russian actor who defected from the USSR and found success in America.
