시놉시스Synopsis
캐나다 온타리오주 해밀턴, 541 나눔 식당(Kitchen 541 Eatery and Exchange)의 셰프 리아 얀젠은 가난한 공동체에서 식량, 안식처 또는 따뜻함이 필요한 사람 누구에게든 열린 공간을 제공하는 것을 사명으로 삼고 살아 왔다. 이 사명을 다하기 위해 정성을 담아 질 좋은 재료로 만든 일류 음식을 차려 내며, 그녀는 사람들이 식탁에 앉아 함께라는 소속감을 느끼는 것이 어떤 의미를 갖는지 다시 생각하기를 희망한다
Chef Leah Janzen, program chef at Kitchen 541 Eatery and Exchange in the downtown core of Hamilton, Ontario has made it a life mission to provide a place for anyone in need of food, shelter or warmth within the poverty-stricken community. She sets out to accomplish this by serving first-class food made with love and quality ingredients in the hopes to change the way people view what it means to sit at the table and feel like you belong.

셰리던대학의 영화&TV과에서 4년째 연출과 촬영을 전공하고 있다. 음식은 아버지와의 관계에서 중요한 요소였기 때문에 늘 관심을 가지는 주제였다. 541과 리아의 이야기를 541 내부의 사람들뿐만 아니라 이 영화를 보게 될 모든 사람과 공유하고 싶어서 <541: 공동체를 위한 밥상>의 공동 연출을 맡게 되었다.
Amanda Wright is a Fourth year BFTV student at Sheridan College specializing in Directing and Cinematography. Food has always been important to her as it was a staple in her relationship with her late father. She is excited to co direct this doc about 541 as she thinks their story, and Leah’s story, needs to be shared with the people not only of 541, but with whoever will watch.
셰리던대학의 영화&TV과에서 4년째 연출과 촬영을 전공하고 있다. 부엌에서 라인 요리사로 일하던 시절부터 업계 고객들을 위해 영상을 제작하는 일을 하기까지 음식은 늘 그의 삶에서 중요한 주제였다.
Gabriel is a Fourth year BFTV student at Sheridan College specializing in Cinematography and Directing. Food has always played an important role in his life, through working in the kitchen as a line cook to producing videos for clients in the industry.
