* 티켓 발권 이후 분실, 훼손, 교통문제, 상영관 및 시간 착오 등의 개인 사정에 의한 재발권 및 환불은 불가능합니다.
* 영화제 사정에 의해 환불을 공지한 경우, 티켓 소지자에 한해 영화제 기간 내 영화제 현장매표소에서 환불 받으실 수 있습니다.
* 부분 취소는 불가능합니다. 새롭게 결제를 원하실 경우, 해당 영화 상영 20분 전까지 기존의 결제건 일괄 취소 후 재결제를 부탁드립니다.
* 좌석변경, 결제수단, 인원변경을 위해서는 해당 영화 상영 20분 전까지 예매하신 티켓을 취소하신 후 재결제를 부탁드립니다.
* Lost or damaged ticket cannot be reissued or refunded.
* For any screening schedule changes or cancellations by the festival, a full refund will be made at the festival box office during festival period. The purchased ticket must be returned.
* Partial cancellation is not allowed. A full cancellation should be made first, and a new purchase should be made until 20 minutes before the screening begins.
* To change the designated seats, the payment method or the number of seats, a full cancellation should be made first, and a new purchase should be made until 20 minutes before the screening begins.
유의사항
* 메가박스 포인트 사용 및 예매권, 아트나인 초대권 및 예매권 사용이 불가능합니다.
* 상영 시작 10분 이후에는 입장이 불가능합니다. (정시 상영 원칙)
* 티켓 예매 및 발권은 현장매표소 및 무인발권기에서 가능합니다. (아트나인 12층)
* 온라인 예매 매진작이어도, 상영 당일 현장에서 취소표 및 현장판매분을 선착순으로 예매하실 수 있습니다.
* 메가박스 앱을 통한 온라인 예매자에 한해 모바일 티켓 화면 제시로 입장 가능합니다. (모바일티켓 화면 캡처사진 불가)
* 상영 시 사진 및 동영상 촬영이 불가능합니다.
* 아트나인 상영관은 음식물 반입이 불가능합니다. (음료 반입가능 / 병음료 반입불가)
* All discounts, member benefits and gift vouchers of Megabox & ARTNINE cannot be applied or used for the festival screenings.
* Admittance to the theater is not permitted more from 10 minutes after the screening begins.
* Reservation and ticketing is available at the festival box office and kiosks located on the 12th floor of ARTNINE.
* In case of online sold outs, tickets may be available at the box office on the day of the screening, on a first come first served basis.
* If you made an on-line reservation through Megabox application, you may enter the theaters by presenting a mobile ticket. (The captured image of a mobile ticket is not allowed.)
* Photos or video recordings are strictly prohibited in the screenings.
* Food & beverage is prohibited during the screenings at ARTNINE except outdoor events. (Bottles are not allowed.)
