시놉시스Synopsis
화학 방부제 없이 농부들이 직접 수제로 만든 살라미는 길거리 시장에서 살 수 없다. 브라질 남부, 이탈리아 후손들에게서 이어져 온 살라미 제조 비법은 그 가족들에게만 제한적으로 계승된다. 농부의 집에서 만들어진 살라미는 전문 요리사의 손을 거쳐 애정과 감성이 넘치는 나눔을 위해 부엌의 식탁으로 옮겨진다.
The colonial salami, produced by farmers without chemical preservatives, cannot be sold at street markets. The craft of the salami, an inherited knowledge of the Italian descendants from the interior of southern Brazil, is restricted to family encounters. In this film, the food that comes from the farmer's home gets to the hands of a cuisine Chef, and then to the kitchen's table for an affectionate and melancholic sharing.

저널리스트, 영상 프로듀서, 다큐멘터리 작가 및 대학 교수로 활동하고 있다. 바리가베르데, 쿨투라, SBT 등의 방송사에서 근무했으며, 브라질 내 미디어 모니터링을 담당하는 TV 클리파제의 공동 대표로 12년 간 재직 중이기도 하다. 또 마르고필름의 공동 설립자이자 대표이사로서 제작하는 작품들의 총괄 프로듀서, 감독, 시나리오 작가, 촬영감독 및 편집감독 등을 맡고 있다.

Owner-partner of TV Clipagem, a media monitoring company that supported the local market for 12 years. Co-founder and owner-partner of Margot Filmes, realizing functions of executive producer, director, screenwriter, director of photography and editor.
저널리스트이자 다큐멘터리 작가로 상파울루감리대학교에서 소셜 커뮤니케이션 과정 석사 학위를 받았다. 1995년부터 2019년까지 차페코지역대학교에서 저널리즘 및 영상 제작 과정 교수를 역임했다. 마르고필름의 다양한 영화에 감독, 프로듀서, 시나리오 작가 및 편집감독으로 참여하고 있다.
Journalist and documentarist, master of social communication by the Universidade Metodista de São Paulo. From 1995 to 2019, was a professor for the courses of Journalism and Audiovisual Production at Unochapecó. At Margot Filmes, is a director, producer, screenwriter and editor, taking part in the various films.
