시놉시스Synopsis
모이라는 규칙적이고 예측 가능한 습관과 삶에 대해 고정된 시각을 가지고 있다. 그녀는 자신을 놀라게 하는 일이나 혼잡한 장소, 질문, 심지어 굴이나 위를 올려다보는 것도 좋아하지 않는다. 하지만 실생활에서는 누구든 예상치 못한 상황이 닥치는 것을 피할 수 없는 법. 고독한 일상 속에 숨으려던 모이라는 뜻밖의 만남을 통해 점점 스스로에게, 세상에 마음을 열게 된다.
Moira is a woman of engrained and predictable habits, with a fixed outlook on life. She doesn't like surprises, or crowded places, or questions, or oysters, or even looking upwards…, but, in real life, no one can escape from the unexpected. As much as Moira tries to hide in her solitary routines, an enlightening encounter will take place, making her open up to herself and to the world around her.
감독Director
부모님의 영향으로 고전 영화를 좋아하게 됐고, 늘 영화와 스토리텔링에 매력을 느껴 왔다. 산안토니오데로스바뇨스국제영화학교와 인문학연기연출학교에서 영화를 공부하고, 인문학연기연출학교와 영화 제작사 콜리브리필름스에서 일하고 있다. 또한 단편 영화 <Eranse una vez unos guiris>와 <모이라의 일탈>을 직접 쓰고 연출해 세계적인 호평을 받았다. 현재 본인이 연출할 영화의 시나리오 작업을 진행하고 있다.
Encarnación Prieto was always fascinated by movies and storytelling. Her parents taught her the love for classical films. She studied cinema in San Antonio de los Baños International Film School, and in Humanology Acting and Directing School. She actually works at that same acting school (Humanology), and at a production company (Colibri Films). She wrote and directed two short movies: Eranse una vez unos guiris (They Were Once Tourists), and Moira. Both had received numerous international recognitions. She is currently working in her next project as writer and director.
