시놉시스Synopsis
할머니가 돌아가신 후 손자는 할머니의 짐을 정리하며 일부 물건들을 필요한 사람에게 팔고 있다. 한 남자가 할머니의 냉장고를 보기 위해 집을 방문하지만 너무 구형인 이유로 냉장고를 사지 않는다. 집을 떠나는 남자. 하지만 냉장고를 비우면서 밖으로 꺼내진 할머니의 마지막 젤리가 눈에 밟힌 그는 다시 와 문을 두드린다. 2017년 호주의 트롭페스트를 비롯, 2018년 클레르몽페랑, 함부르크, 브리즈번 등 국내외 수 많은 장, 단편 영화제에 소개되어 호평을 받은 작품이다.
When a man is tasked with clearing out his deceased grandmother’s house, a large jelly gets in the way of someone buying her old fridge. Wibble Wobble was screened at numerous domestic and international film festivals including Clermont-Ferrand, Hamburg, Brisbane and Tropfest Australia.
감독Director
런던에서 활동하고 있는 감독으로 떠오르고 있는 호주 감독이다. 수학과 공학 기술을 전공하여 엔지니어와 컨설턴트로 일했다. 이후 2015년에 빅토리안 미술대학에서 영화와 방송 과정을 거쳐 장편 영화와 TV, 단편영화, 광고의 프로덕션 디자인과 미술 부서에서 작업했다. 촬영 현장을 즐기고, 다른 감독들과 협업하는 것을 좋아하며 그로부터 많은 영감을 받는다. <젤리는 흔들흔들>은 그녀의 첫 단편영화다.
Daphne Do is an emerging Australian filmmaker based in London. She studied Mathematics and Engineering, practising as an Engineer and Consultant before undertaking the Film & Television Foundations course at the Victorian College of the Arts in 2015. Since then, Daphne has worked in production design and art departments across feature films, television, shorts and advertising. Daphne loves being on set, and, having collaborated with a diverse array of directors, is inspired to direct more of her own projects. Wibble Wobble is her first short film.
