시놉시스Synopsis
어느 날 아빠가 당근으로 변했다. 아빠의 변신을 보게 된 딸 민디는 채소로 변하는 가족의 전통을 따라야 할지 거부해야 할지 고민하게 된다.
After witnessing her father’s transition, Mindy Nolan struggles to decide between breaking a ‘family tradition’ or accepting it – to become a vegetable –or think outside the box.
감독Director
타이완 감독이자 편집자, 각본가인 얀 첸은 현재 LA, 버뱅크에 거주하면서 활동 중이다. 단편 데뷔작인 <당근주의>는 실존하지 않는 꿈을 기반으로 하는 8분 길이의 실존주의 코미디 프로젝트다. 최근 첸은 2020도쿄올림픽을 기념하는 장편 작품을 개발 중에 있으며 국제적인 협력 기회를 찾는 중이다.
Taiwanese director, editor, and screenwriter Yann Chen currently resides in Burbank, LA. His short film debut, Carrotism, is an 8-minute existential comedy project based on a non-existent dream. Recently, he’s looking for international coproduction opportunities and developing a feature film for the celebration of 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.
