시놉시스Synopsis

바스크 요리학교에 다섯 명의 학생들이 모였다. 서로 다른 국가와 문화 배경을 가진 다섯 학생의 공통점은 뛰어난 요리실력을 갖췄다는 것이다. 이제 학생들은 비아르도크 13 메뉴를 개발하기 위해 1966년 바스크로 시간 여행을 떠난다. 이 시기 바스크 문화는 큰 변화의 물결을 겪었다. 학생들은 아란차수 성지, 오이아쏘 박물관, 조각 박물관 등 당시 바스크의 역사, 문화, 예술이 담긴 장소 다섯 곳을 방문한다. 그곳에서 바스크의 건축과 역사, 음악, 언어와 문학, 영화, 조각 그리고 그림을 직접 체험하고 느끼며 자신의 이야기를 담아 각자의 요리를, 그리고 모두의 이야기가 연결된 “비아르도크 아마이루” 메뉴를 만들어낸다. 초대된 현대 바스크 문화예술의 명사들은 함께 모여 젊은 셰프들이 만들어낸 음식을 먹으며 바스크의 현재와 과거를 음미한다. 이로써 바스크 과거의 세대는 새로운 세대에게 상징적으로 문을 열어주게 된다. 영화는 음식뿐 아니라 바스크의 건축, 역사, 음악, 문학 등 복합적인 경험을 선사하며 예술적 영감을 준다.

At the Basque Culinary Center (BCC), 5 young talented students of cutting-edge gastronomy from all over the world face an artistic challenge. They will go back to the past to create the menu Bihar dok 13. They will travel to 1966 to discover the decade that would change everything in Basque culture. With five special events, we will discover the movements Gaur, Ez dok amairu and the spiritual father of the BCC, the Basque Nouvelle Cuisine. The five young chefs with different cultural and social backgrounds will then add their own interpretations to their experiences with 1966 Basque. The “Bihar dok amairu” menu prepared by the young chefs will be served during a special meal and enjoyed by the most relevant personalities in Basque culture today, uniting new artists and musicians. The old generation will symbolically open the door to the new. The documentary provides a diverse and interactive experience of art, architecture, food, and history, giving deep artistic inspirations.
