시놉시스Synopsis

산펠레그리노가 선정하는 ‘월드 베스트 50 레스토랑’에서 2013년과 2015년 1위를 차지한 세계 최고의 레스토랑인 El Celler de Can Roca(엘세예데칸로카). 미식계를 선도하는 이곳을 이끌고 있는 이들은 바로 로카 삼 형제다. 이 영화는 예술 분야 사이의 경계, 공간과 아이디어들 사이의 경계를 허물고 오페라와 요리의 만남을 목표로 한다. 예술과 생각은 이 프로젝트의 두 원동력으로서 이제껏 본 적 없던 형태의 저녁 식사를 경험하게 한다. 영화의 플롯은 오페라의 대본에 따라 12개의 같은 콘셉트로 흐르고 영화의 이야기에 새로운 차원을 부여한다. 현대 오페라 미학의 혁신가인 프랑크 알레우가 미식과 오페라가 만나는 복합장르의 독특하고도 새로운 경험으로 관객을 초대한다.

A journey through the world of ideas, creativity and thoughts. It aims to break the boundaries between artistic disciplines, between space and ideas to create a marriage of opera and cuisine. The plot moves through the same 12 concepts which define the libretto of the opera, providing details and a new dimension to the story line. The Roca Brothers’ El Celler de Can Roca, world leader in gastronomic excellence, and Franc Aleu, a key innovator in the aesthetics of contemporary opera, invite us to enjoy a new experience: the marriage between gastronomy and the universe of opera.
