시놉시스Synopsis
아그네스는 훌륭한 직장에 사랑하는 남자친구, 그리고 항상 그녀를 위해주는 친구들까지 모든 것을 가졌다. 하지만 어느 날, 직장에서 해고당하고 남자친구에게도 차이고 만다. 그런 그녀에게 옛 동료는 새 레스토랑의 공동 운영을 제안하고, 그 제안을 받아들인 그녀는 손님이 찾지 않는 식당을 성공시키고 일과 사생활 모두에서 성공하기 위해 모든 것을 걸게 된다.
Agnes is a chef and she loves cooking. She has a good job, a boyfriend who loves her and a best friend who is always there for her. One day she gets fired from her job and dumped by her boyfriend. When a friend asks Agnes if she would like to be part owner in a new restaurant, she accepts. But as the customers fail to appear, Agnes must risk everything to find success in both career and romance.

1996년부터 1998년까지 스톡홀름대학교와 스톡홀름스필름스콜라에서 영화 및 영화 연출을 공부했다. 2001년 단편 영화 <The Last Waltz>의 각본과 연출을 맡았으며 이 작품으로 다수의 영화제에서 수상했다. 2004년 발표한 첫 장편 영화 <The Ketchup Effect>는 스웨덴에서 개봉하여 30만 명 이상의 관객이 관람했으며, 노르웨이의 아만다어워드에서 북유럽최고데뷔영화상과 카날+어워드를 수상했으며 예테보리영화제에서 북유럽데뷔상을 수상하는 등 많은 상을 받았다.
Teresa Fabik studied film, and film directing at the Stockholm University 1996-1997, and Stockholms filmskola 1997-1998. In 2001, she wrote and directed the short film The Last Waltz that received a number of awards at various film festivals. In 2004, Teresa’s first feature film, The Ketchup Effect premiered in Sweden and was seen by over 300,000 moviegoers. The film also received a number of awards, including Norway’s Amanda Award for Best Nordic Film Debut, the Canal + Award, and the Nordic Debutant Award at the Göteborg Film Festival.
