서울국제음식영화제는 방역 관리에 최선을 다하며 관객과 스태프, 영화제 공간을 오가는 분들의 안전을 최우선으로 영화제를 운영하고자 합니다. 안전한 관람과 행사 운영을 위한 방역수칙을 함께 지켜 주시기 바라며, 영화제 기간 동안 현장의 상황과 필요에 따라 신속하게 대응 및 조치할 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다.

1. 네이버, 카카오톡 QR 체크인을 진행합니다. QR 체크인에 이용된 개인정보는 코로나19 확진자 발생 시 관련 기관 제출 목적으로 수집되며, 4주 보관 후 자동 폐기됩니다. [개인정보보호법]에 의거하여 체크인을 거부할 수 있으며, 거부 시 상영관 및 행사장 출입이 제한될 수 있습니다.
2. 상영관 및 행사장 입장 시 마스크를 꼭 착용해 주시기 바랍니다. 마스크 미착용 시 입장이 제한될 수 있으며, 영화 관람 중 마스크 미착용 시 퇴장 조치될 수 있습니다.
3. 상영관 입구와 로비에는 손 세정제를 비치하고 있습니다. 상영관 입장 시 손 소독을 진행합니다.
4. 상영관 입장 전, 비접촉 체온계로 체온을 측정합니다. (37.5도 이상 시 입장 불가)
5. 매표 및 입장 대기 시에는 다른 사람과 거리두기(최소1m)를 지켜 주세요.
6. ‘생활 속 거리두기’의 일환으로 영화제 상영관은 좌석간 거리두기로 운영됩니다. 반드시 예매하신 좌석에 착석 바랍니다. 상영관 내에서 무단으로 자리 이동 시 퇴장 조치될 수 있습니다.
7. 발열 및 호흡기 증상이 있거나 방문일 14일 이내 코로나19 관련 여행력이 있는 경우 영화제 방문을 자제해 주시기 바랍니다.
8. 상영관 및 행사장 내에서 증상이 나타날 경우, 스태프에게 즉시 알리고 해당 안내에 따라 행동해 주시기 바랍니다.

The safety of everyone who works for and visits the festival will be our essential priority. We will try our best to implement every preventive measure to make the festival feel safe and pleasant, always monitoring the on-site situation and implement additional measures as necessary.

1. To enter the theaters and festival screenings, NAVER or KakaoTalk QR check-in is mandatory. The information collected in this procedure will be submitted to the relevant institutions in the event of a confirmed case of COVID-19 and will be discarded after 4 weeks. Under the “Personal Information Protection Act”, you may decline the QR code based check-in procedure, in which case you will not be allowed into the theaters.
2. Please do note that you will not be allowed to enter the theaters or stay throughout the screenings without face masks.
3. Hand sanitizers are prepared at the entrance and the lobby of the theaters. Your efforts and cooperation to disinfect yourself will be much appreciated.
4. Temperature checks with a non-contact thermometer are mandatory upon your entrance to the theaters and other festival venues. Entrance to the theaters will not be allowed if your body temperature is 37.5 degrees or higher.
5. Please keep a safe distance of at least 1m from others when lining up for tickets or entering the theaters.
6. As part of social distancing, some seats will be left empty in the theaters. Please be seated in the seat you have reserved. Those who have arbitrarily changed seats in the theaters will be asked to leave.
7. Please refrain from visiting the festival if you recently travelled overseas in last 14 days or have a fever or any other respiratory symptoms.
8. If you develop any symptoms of COVID-19 while visiting the festival venues, immediately alert the festival staff on site and follow their instructions.
