시놉시스Synopsis

‘타야린’은 피에몬테 아래쪽 지역에서 만들어지는 탈리아텔레 파스타의 일종이다. 영화는 타야린의 전설이라 불리는 요리사 마리아 팔리아소의 이야기와 ‘슬로푸드’ 운동이 시작된 이 지역에서 음식 철학을 공유하고 전통 레시피를 배운 이민자들의 이야기를 함께 풀어낸다. 그리고, 이들의 삶을 통해 국경을 초월하는 공통분모로서의 음식을 이야기한다.

The "tajarin" are typical tagliatelle of the lower Piedmont and those of Maria Pagliasso have become legendary for their realization. Interweaving the story of Maria Pagliasso to that of the new "boccondivino" workers who, despite their status as "foreigners", have learned the traditional recipes Piemontese, the film talks about food as an element that goes beyond the barriers of xenophobia and territorial boundaries.
